Real Madrid vs Deportivo La Coruna

Real Madrid coach Juande Ramos has predicted a bright future for Sunday’s opponents Deportivo La Coruna providing the Galician side continue to progress as they have been doing.

Depor were one of Spain’s top teams not so long ago, winning the Primera Liga title for the first time in their history in 2000, before finishing runners-up in 2001 and 2002 and then coming home third in 2003 and 2004.

The `Superdepor’ side of that time also claimed the Copa del Rey in 2002, as well as reaching the last four of the Champions League two years later in what was a golden era for the club.
